What do I do if I receive an error message saying my submission failed?

  1. Wait 10 mins.
  2. Check to see if you are able to connect to the Internet.
  3. Go to Mediplan splash screen; Click on Accounts
  4. Click on Status of Batch
  5. Highlight the batch you wish to resend,
  6. Click resend.

Do not click on "create and resend", all this does is sends us a blank submission.

If an error message appears again contact Telin.
