What do I do if I receive an error message saying my submission failed?
- Wait 10 mins.
- Check to see if you are able to connect to the Internet.
- Go to Mediplan splash screen; Click on Accounts
- Click on Status of Batch
- Highlight the batch you wish to resend,
- Click resend.
Do not click on "create and resend", all this does is sends us a blank submission.
If an error message appears again contact Telin.
