Often the same lab tests are ordered for certain treatments/visits. For example for a female physical the same lab tests may ordered.
To set this up do a lab req as normal but before saving or printing hit the Create Template button this will bring up a screen asking you to give the template a name. For ex. Female Physical.
Next time a lab req of that type needs to be ordered all you have to do is choose the female physical template from the drop box at the top of the page and it will automatically fill out all of the check boxes for you and then you just have to print.
