Generally Excluded
Unless otherwise approved by TELIN in writing, eligible billing does not include taxes, regulatory surcharges, pass-through charges, hardware, professional services, one-time charges, credits, refunds, disputed amounts, or unpaid amounts.

No. Existing eligible TELIN partners may participate by bringing qualifying new end customers to TELIN.
How much promotional credit can I earn?
For each eligible net-new end customer, promotional credit equals 50% of that customer's eligible TELIN service billing during their first three months of active service.
Is this limited to one customer?
No. Each eligible net-new end customer registered during the promotional period may create another opportunity to earn promotional hardware credit, subject to program terms and TELIN approval.
Can I choose Snom or Fanvil?
Yes. Subject to program requirements, your approved promotional credit may be applied toward eligible products from the participating vendor you select.
Where do I purchase the hardware?
Eligible Snom and Fanvil hardware must be purchased through TELIN, subject to the applicable program terms.
Can I receive the credit as cash?
No. Promotional credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
Can I use the credit toward my TELIN service invoice?
No. The promotional credit is intended for eligible Snom or Fanvil hardware purchased through TELIN.
