Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the public website at www.telin.com operated by TELIN Systems LLC (“TELIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the information, forms, resources, features, and content made available through the website.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website.

By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. Where a website feature, application, program, or service requires express acceptance of these Terms, that acceptance must be provided through the applicable process.

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing communications, enrollment in the TELIN SMS program, consent to non-essential cookies, or consent to any other activity for which separate consent is required by applicable law.

These Terms govern TELIN’s public website and the SMS program described below. They do not replace any separate customer, partner, reseller, telecommunications, hosting, licensing, hardware, billing, or other service agreement.

1. About TELIN

TELIN Systems LLC provides telecommunications, unified communications, cloud, networking, hardware, software, billing, and related technology solutions to businesses, MSPs, VARs, resellers, integrators, and other partners.

TELIN operates across the United States, Canada, and Australia.

TELIN’s products and services may include:

  • SIP trunking and voice services
  • Cloud hosting and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)
  • 3CX licensing and related services
  • Unified communications applications and integrations
  • Virtual fax services
  • SD-WAN and network connectivity solutions
  • VoIP phones and telecommunications hardware
  • Telecom billing and white-label billing solutions
  • Professional, onboarding, migration, technical, and support services
  • One.Console and other TELIN platforms, applications, tools, and resources

Product and service availability may vary according to location, eligibility, technical requirements, vendor requirements, regulatory requirements, and other applicable conditions.

2. Related Policies and Agreements

These Terms should be read together with TELIN’s:

Purchases, subscriptions, partner relationships, One.Console services, telecommunications services, hardware purchases, licensing, promotions, and other commercial relationships may also be governed by separate documents, including:

  • Partner agreements
  • Customer agreements
  • Service agreements
  • Quotes
  • Order forms
  • Service-level agreements
  • Product-specific terms
  • Acceptable-use policies
  • Vendor terms
  • Licensing agreements
  • Promotional terms

Where a separate agreement applies to a specific product, service, or commercial relationship, that agreement governs the subject matter it covers.

These Website Terms do not amend or replace a separately executed agreement.

Nothing in these Terms, TELIN’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, or a separate agreement is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.

3. Business Use and Authority

TELIN’s website is primarily intended for businesses and business professionals.

If you submit information, establish an account, request services, place an order, or accept an agreement on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Browsing TELIN’s website, downloading a resource, registering for an event, submitting a contact form, or communicating with TELIN does not, by itself, create a customer, reseller, partner, agency, franchise, employment, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship.

A commercial relationship with TELIN may require additional onboarding, verification, regulatory, credit, contractual, or service-specific requirements.

4. Accounts and Security

Certain TELIN services, resources, and platforms may require an account, including access to One.Console.

Where you are provided with account credentials, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to:

  • Keep usernames, passwords, and authentication information confidential
  • Restrict account access to authorized individuals
  • Maintain accurate and current account information
  • Notify TELIN promptly if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Protect credentials from unauthorized disclosure or misuse

TELIN may use authentication, verification, access-control, or other security measures reasonably necessary to protect accounts, systems, services, and users.

Nothing in this section makes a user automatically responsible for every unauthorized action associated with an account or excludes TELIN’s own obligations under applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use of the Website

You may use TELIN’s website only for lawful business and informational purposes.

You must not use the website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Commit fraud or engage in deceptive conduct
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Submit information you know to be materially false or misleading
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TELIN systems, accounts, networks, or data
  • Circumvent authentication or security controls
  • Introduce malware, viruses, malicious software, or harmful code
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the website
  • Conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing or security probing
  • Harvest or extract information through unauthorized automated methods
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights
  • Use TELIN systems or resources for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity

TELIN may restrict access to website features where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or a significant security risk.

6. Products and Services

Information presented on TELIN’s website is intended to provide a general description of TELIN’s products and services.

Features, specifications, pricing, availability, integrations, compatibility, service areas, technical requirements, and other product information may change.

TELIN may modify, add, replace, suspend, or discontinue website content, products, or service offerings where reasonably necessary.

The purchase, subscription, activation, or use of a TELIN product or service may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

General website information does not replace:

  • A formal quotation
  • An accepted order
  • An executed agreement
  • Product-specific documentation
  • Applicable regulatory requirements
  • Vendor terms
  • Service-level commitments

7. Pricing, Quotes, and Commercial Information

TELIN makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, features, promotions, and availability.

However, website information may not reflect every customer-specific or partner-specific circumstance.

Unless expressly identified as a binding offer, pricing or other commercial information published on the website does not constitute a binding quotation.

Formal quotations, accepted orders, executed agreements, or other written commercial documents will govern the applicable transaction.

TELIN may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated website information.

Any correction made to public website information does not, by itself, alter an already accepted order or separately executed agreement.

8. Promotions and Partner Programs

TELIN may offer promotions, credits, rebates, discounts, trials, partner incentives, campaigns, webinars, training opportunities, or other special programs.

These may be subject to additional terms, including:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Geographic restrictions
  • Product or service requirements
  • Minimum commitments
  • Program dates
  • Expiration dates
  • Availability
  • Redemption requirements
  • Partner status requirements

Where specific promotional or program terms are provided, those terms govern that promotion or program.

9. Third-Party Products and Services

TELIN may provide, integrate with, resell, support, or facilitate access to products and services supplied by third parties.

Third-party products and services may be subject to separate:

  • License agreements
  • Subscription terms
  • Support terms
  • Warranty terms
  • Acceptable-use policies
  • Privacy policies
  • End-user agreements
  • Technical requirements

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The availability, functionality, licensing, pricing, support, compatibility, and specifications of third-party products may change based on decisions made by the applicable third-party provider.

Nothing in this section removes any obligation TELIN may have under applicable law or under a separate agreement concerning products or services supplied by TELIN.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, TELIN or its licensors owns or licenses the intellectual property rights in the TELIN website and its content.

This includes, where applicable:

  • TELIN names and trademarks
  • Logos
  • Website designs
  • Graphics
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Documentation
  • Software
  • Code
  • Training materials
  • Marketing content
  • Product descriptions
  • Downloads and other resources

You may use publicly available website materials for legitimate internal business and informational purposes.

Unless expressly authorized by TELIN or permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • Reproduce
  • Republish
  • Sell
  • License
  • Commercially redistribute
  • Modify
  • Publicly display
  • Create derivative works from TELIN’s protected website content

11. Forms, Submissions, and Information You Provide

When you submit information through TELIN’s website, including through contact forms, partner applications, quote requests, webinar registrations, support forms, surveys, or similar processes, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Where you submit information on behalf of an organization, you must have appropriate authority to do so.

TELIN may process submitted information to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Provide requested information
  • Administer accounts
  • Conduct onboarding
  • Provide support
  • Prepare quotes
  • Deliver contracted services
  • Manage business relationships
  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements

Personal information is handled in accordance with TELIN’s Privacy Policy.

12. Electronic Communications

TELIN may communicate electronically with customers, partners, prospects, and website users where permitted by applicable law.

Communications may include:

  • Responses to inquiries
  • Service notifications
  • Account notices
  • Support communications
  • Billing communications
  • Security notifications
  • Partner communications
  • Transactional messages
  • Marketing communications where permitted

Where consent is required by applicable law, TELIN will obtain the required consent.

You may unsubscribe from eligible marketing email communications using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages.

Providing contact information, accepting these Website Terms, submitting a form, or purchasing a TELIN service does not, by itself, enroll you in the TELIN SMS program or provide consent for unrelated marketing communications.

13. SMS Enrollment and Communication Choices

The TELIN Systems SMS program is an opt-in messaging program.

SMS communications may include account-related alerts, transactional communications, service-related communications, responses to customer inquiries, and support communications.

Participation in the SMS program is voluntary.

SMS participation is not a condition of purchasing TELIN products or services unless a particular communication method is operationally necessary and permitted under applicable law.

When opting into the SMS program, you must provide a mobile phone number that you are authorized to use.

If you stop using a mobile number or that number is reassigned, you should notify TELIN.

In addition to the STOP instructions below, a clear request to withdraw SMS consent may be communicated through [email protected] or through another method that TELIN is required to recognize under applicable law.

TELIN will process valid opt-out requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Opting out of SMS does not automatically cancel a separately contracted TELIN service.

14. Terms & Conditions: Telin Systems SMS

1. Telin Systems uses SMS to communicate with customers regarding general inquiries, support-related matters, and account-related notifications. Messages may include responses to customer questions, service or account updates, account lock notifications, password change alerts, and other important communications related to the customer’s account or services.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by responding “STOP”. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: https://www.telin.com/TELIN-Privacy-Policy

15. Privacy

TELIN respects your privacy.

The collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in TELIN’s Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms does not waive privacy rights or provide consent for processing activities for which separate consent is required.

Information collected through the TELIN SMS program is subject to the SMS-specific provisions contained in TELIN’s Privacy Policy.

16. Cookies and Similar Technologies

TELIN may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, analytics, security, preferences, performance measurement, and other permitted purposes.

More information is available in TELIN’s Cookie Policy:

Acceptance of these Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to non-essential cookies.

17. Telecommunications and Regulatory Requirements

Certain TELIN products and services may be subject to telecommunications, carrier, numbering, emergency-calling, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, tax, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

TELIN may request information reasonably necessary to:

TELIN may delay, restrict, decline, or suspend provisioning where reasonably necessary to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, security, or fraud-prevention requirements.

Specific emergency-calling functionality and obligations are governed by applicable service documentation, service agreements, regulatory requirements, and the configuration of the relevant telecommunications service.

The TELIN website, website forms, email, website chat, and the SMS program described in these Terms are not emergency communication channels.

18. Website Information

TELIN makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, telecommunications products, technology, software, hardware, regulations, vendor programs, pricing, and product specifications may change.

TELIN does not guarantee that every item of general website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Important commercial, technical, regulatory, licensing, deployment, or compatibility information should be confirmed through the applicable quote, agreement, documentation, or TELIN representative before relying on it for a purchasing or deployment decision.

The website may nevertheless be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Compliance advice

Customers and partners remain responsible for evaluating whether a particular product, service, configuration, or deployment is appropriate for their organization and customers.

21. Third-Party Links

TELIN’s website may contain links to independent third-party websites.

TELIN does not control those websites and is not responsible for their independent:

  • Content

Third-party links are provided for convenience or informational purposes.

Your use of an independent third-party website is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.

22. Mandatory Legal Rights

This includes applicable rights under:

  • Consumer protection laws
  • Small-business protections
  • Privacy laws
  • Electronic communications laws
  • Telecommunications regulations
  • Other mandatory laws

Where applicable, statutory rights remain available regardless of any website disclaimer.

This section applies throughout these Terms, including the SMS provisions.

23. Disclaimer Regarding the Public Website

Subject to Section 22, TELIN’s public website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

TELIN does not guarantee that the public website will always be:

These Website Terms do not independently impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive foreign jurisdiction, or a waiver of rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent legally necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

29. No Waiver
